on a laptop, settings which is the arrow top right, your facebook information, dectivation and deletion, permanently delete account then follow the instructions.

and FB will ask you if you want to if you really really want to, then will say you have 90 days to reinstate the account if you change your mind. So its not really deleted until after 90 days.
