My brother in law had the virus but being an athlete, his lungs were good. Even so, he was taken to hispital when his temperature went over 40 where they gave him an assessment and sent him home. They told him that he didn't need oxygen as he was so fit but even so it would take his lungs 2 or 3 months to recover. I expect it will be some time before the PM is co completely fit, he will tire easily for a start.
