You could have combined this with your first question. This isn't Ask Alexa or similar- it's real people who offer to help- so it's better to ask politely for help and explain the context- eg is it school work, what level, what info have you been given, etc
fiction-factory is quite right. A bit of politeness goes a long way. Don't simply demand an answer; try a 'please' or 'would you mind?', and don't forget a 'thank you', whether you've been given the answer that you wanted or not. Someone has still put themselves to some trouble to help you.
