I think everyone has gone to bed, but just wanted to post this...
My sister has been diagnosed with copd and given up to 12 years life expectancy. She's 43. Obviously I'm devastated, while she is taking it in her stride... but we have already swapped funeral songs, and hoping not to need them for a very long time.
She is not only my little sister, but lifelong best friend and work partner... this is one of her choices.

That's heart-breaking, pixie. The quicker cigarettes are eradicated from the world, the better. The problem with that, of course, is that the government receives so much income from their taxation...
