In the case of the President - be honest now, can you ever once recall him laughing on camera at something that is actually funny?

I'm not concerned about his humourless asides that are as funny as toothache, or a snide sly smile when he has had yet another dig at someone who has penetrated his preternaturally thin skin. I am talking about seeing him actually laughing out loud at something funny.
