Cannot you download it from the app store?? Is it meant for a FIRESTICK?? And not a tablet?

You need to download the app from the Google Play Store.

Unfortunately though, the Amazon Fire 7 doesn't come with Google Play Store pre-installed. (Amazon deliberately seek to restrict you to their own range of apps). So you'll need to do some rather technical stuff first in order to add Google Play Store to your device:
