Well that makes sense if it's JB9's advice they'd be getting - because what he's suggested is simply wrong anyway
The official advice for anyone who thinks that they might have Covid-19 is NOT to 'get tested' (because there is no capacity within the system for it). Further, it's not to phone 111, nor to contact a GP. It's simply to self-isolate for 7 days:

Hypochondria? Oooooh I've had that.
Felt awful.
Had to take every pill in the house and rub cream all over to help with the symptoms.
It was bad I tell ya.
Still getting flashbacks.
And my mental health?
I'm glad you asked about that.
Well, it was like this, I opened a brown envelope and had a panic attack.
Oooooh that was just the beginning.
My anxiety went through the roof, and I couldn't eat eggs.
Now there's a thing, was!it the food causing this?
Well I don't know do I?
I'm off now to swallow more pills.
If I survive I'll come back with more of my story.
Oooooh its throbbing now :-(

......... and the itching! Its cruel I tell ya.
All my bits red with scratching.
Using goose fat and burning sage as well as scattering salt in the corner of the rooms.
Doing yoga but the telly stops me getting into the zone.
I'm worried I might start shaking, you never know!
And what about those wild birds flying over? What visitors are they carrying?
I haven't had a headache for a while, and that's worrying, is my head saving it up for a big one?
I need a motorbike helmet and visor to sleep in.
Don't ask me about my back!
