In 1998 I defeated Padriag McShinty to win the Western Ireland orange b&q bucket throwing competition, a controversial final in which Padriags wife Beatrice attempted to lace my egg and onion sandwichs with toilet duck pre final

Actually, I took part in a similar competition in Kilmuckridge. Spooky eh?
bob, are you related to Dustin the turkey?
I don't believe you, Bob. The toilet duck is entirely understandable but nobody in the West of Ireland puts egg and onion together in a sandwich.
What about pickled eggs then?
Ah yes I remember that final, bob. T'was a classic. McShinty should definitely have been disqualified though ( and his buckets looked a different shade of Orange to me ).
I'm going to try egg and onion...with a bit of grated cheese.
They're often left to bleach in the sun on the banks of the Boyne, in the morning, Tony.
Sounds great if you remove the egg.
Does the sun bleaching make them lighter in weight by any chance, douglas ?
No, but it gives them a blueish tinge.
What? Like the blue dye thing my mum used to put in her washing?
Was your Mum Dolly?
I think that bob should have demanded that McShinty's ( peculiar coloured ) buckets should have been weighed ( looked to me like someone maybe Beatrice had been shaving the bottoms with a stanley knife).
Ouch!
She did strap the blade first though, Mamya.
Lucky there were no carbuncles.
If the bottoms were being shaved,
How would that,oh it was the bucket bottoms
