I know that if a guy plans to marry a girl you can get a Fiance's Visa to stay in the States, but what if you're gay?

The US Embassy is the worst for getting information, or somebody to speak to you.

My long term partner wants to move back home to the States. Does anyone have any ideas how we can stay together?

I am going with him this month on a 6 month tourist visa, but what can I do after that?

I guess it might be OK if he lives in a state that accepts gay marriage to get a Fiance Visa. If not you could try the court of human rights path highlight your plight.  Good Luck
