What On Earth Has Happened To Police Standards
122 Answers
I know some ABer's will knock me but....
What the hell has happened to Police standards?
Had a (very welcome) delivery of food donated from our very own Stoke on Trent police force to our foodbank today.
A single police car reversed into our drive and out came two police officers. (No, I didnt recognise them before any wag asks)
But was immediately struck by a very large, roly poly police woman who must have weighed at least 20 stone, and a schoolboy (or what looked like a schoolboy) in police fancy dress.
Are there no standards for joining the police today?
Ive had my issues with Danny and Retrocop etc on here re: policing but surely...they must agree that policing has gone down the pan.
A fat female and a schoolboy trying to arrest a violent offender?? Would love to have seen them two been called out to an emergency without backup.
(And before anyone comments, Im not anti-police...)
