Clearing The Cache On Amazon Fire 10

I'm doing internet grocery shopping and everytime I go to check out , it keeps returning to checkout now. I've looked on Tesco help and it says to clear cache on tablet. I feel I have done this but the problem is still there. I have to check out via my phone. Any idea please

Try again and double-check that there's actually a tick against 'Cached images and files':

Maggie, I have just been amending my Tesco order for tomorrow. The site was acting weird on all three of my devices.

It didn't show up the pics of the items either.
