With the easing of lockdown, are Ocado now allowing drivers to carry shopping into our houses again?

Not clear on their website.

don't know about Ocado but Sainsburys aren't bringing the stuff in, i have to collect from my balcony, which is fine.
Not yet, the ease of lockdown only allows you to go anywhere you like outside or to meet with one person in an outdoor setting. You dont want to risk having anyone in your home just yet.

They can leave it right on your doorstep though.
I doubt the driver would be too keen to go into a strange house.
I've had recent deliveries from Asda and Tesco but neither brought it in.
I don't think so. I had an ocado delivery yesterday left at the doorstep.
my deliveries are left on the doorstep, though she waits to see I've picked it up and gives me a wave.

If I lived upstairs I'd do what the Italians do, lower a basket on a rope for them to fill, then haul it up.
