Bodily Limescale build up??
4 Answers
We are encouraged to drink lots of water, the water is very hard where I am, how does my body avoid looking like the inside of my kettle, ie coated in lime scale. I can see why the stomach would not be affected but what about all over the body where the water goes?

As jiggy says, the enzymes (digestive juices) etc in our stomach sort all that out anyway. More good minerals in hard water. Downside is we have to descale the kettle more often (having said that, a water filter certainly cuts the weekly chore of doing just that). People in soft water areas don't need to use as much soap etc, and it appears kinder to their skin (damn it!).
