Nothing like that to send the blood pressure sky high. Those kind of phone calls are the only thing that really makes me red mist angry.

Tried to contact them about something very important but could not even on the net concerning changing bank details so if they don’t get payed I’m sure they will want to contact me

It’s even worse when you can’t actually speak to someone and just get recorded messages after pressing a number on your keypad.

I’ve never had a problem with them to be fair.....till today that is

My friend was with them when she was married. Her husband set it up and was paying so when he left, they transferred payment to come from her bank account. When she decided to terminate the contract they wouldn`t speak to her - they insisted on speaking to her husband. She asked them why they were happy to take the money from her account but would only deal with the ex husband. They refused point blank to deal with her. In the end, her new partner phoned them up and pretended to be her ex husband. They seemed quite happy with that.
