my points were not added because of a fault at the fuel filling pump i have a recipient for £35 i contacted Morrison they replied
"Thank you for contacting Morrisons. To allow us to prioritise feeding the Nation we will not be able to respond to any emails The Morrisons Team."
in other words tough !
btw you cant get these added at a store they cant handle you more card
Our Morrisons operatives are asking the customer to present the back of the card then scanning the barcode on the More card with their hand-held device, I'm sure your local staff will manage the same.
