Cllr Amanda Hopgood, Lib Dem Leader of the Opposition on Durham County Council  has asked the Chief Constable if Cummings, "committed an offence under the provisions of section 15 of the 2020 Health Protection (Coronavirus) Regulations."

As those Regulations were revoked on 25th March, prior to his journey, I think she will receive a very short reply.
