I have only ever owned Dunlopillo latex mattresses (Which? top mattress brand, btw). They last a very long time without any deterioration in support, but they are very pricey too.
....oh, and they are very heavy - but don't require turning.
I've recently bought a' Sealy 'Posturepaedic, from MattressOnline.co.uk and it's just the job. Check their site ,they do a great range with different support (at great prices). I've also used them for a 'standard' mattress for my son.
I bought one of those you mentioned many years ago and I will never forget it as it was far far too hard and I hadn't got the money to change.
You can't beat going into a shop.
Look webbo3 you should mull over the advice given and sleep on it.
