sorry you feel like that , mainly when you don't know why this has happened! we were given the wrong advice about how to get married, and well we have problems now. By the way this is for a real relationship not fake marriage.

No it won't be an automatic no. Getting a visa, i.e. asking for the correct permission to stay before entering the UK, and not just applying for the permission once you're here, will work in your favour. What was the previous visa for?

Thank you! X hugnie 21, last visa was for student visa, know is for fiance/e visa and my fiancee has returned home, while we apply. I know now there is a glimmer off hope say 5%, it is not as easy to get into Uk as everyone thinks.

If your fiance went home and wasn't sent home (for overstaying the visa), that will definitely work in your favour. Good luck.
