We are going out on Tuesday for the first time since 15th March.
We are meeting up with four friends at one of their houses. We are taking our own food, drink, glasses, table and chairs. We will sit 2 metres apart but it will be wonderful to see them all again. We will reach their back garden via a side passage. I can't wait, I feel like a child with a pending treat.
Only been out in the car for a ride about 5 times, a walk up or down the road outside and that's it.
Family do all shopping and getting newspapers each day. But we really are getting to the end of our tethers.

I’m really confused about the information. I’m extremely vulnerable ‘shielded ‘ and haven’t been away from my home for 21 weeks. How is it suddenly going to be ok for me to be out and about with other people who have recently expanded their exposure to the virus?
Sorry that should read 11 weeks.

Canasta, you are only allowed to meet with family or friends outside provided that you observe social distancing.
10CS, it is due to irresponsible people like you that there is a chance that deaths will increase and a lock down will return.
Hope you and your husband both have a wonderful day, Caran.
It's people like me that are needed more and more during this brainwashing. Just get on with it.
