can anyone tell me how to adjust the voice volume on my tomtom to make it louder.

When the route is displayed tap the bottom left of the screen and a slide adjustment will appear. move it to the right with your finger to increase the volume, or, on the menue go to Change preferences, on the second page you will see Volume preferences, tap on that and the same slide will appear giving you a choice of 15 to 100% or you can also link volume to car speed.
