We did a click and collect at Morrisons. Never done one before. It was a bit disorganised. We should have had a confirmation email today telling us where to go, the state of the order and any substitutes. We didn't.
When we got there we had to ask two different people where c& c was as no signs anywhere. When you look on line there is a big area just for it.
We eventually found a tiny corner for it. We were the only ones there even though it said on line they were too busy to accept any more bookings.
Had to ask a man loading his van what we had to do. He said he would enquire. Lady eventually came out and asked for a name. She then brought out bags and put them in the boot. I mentioned we had no email so she told us of substitute and omissions. It was very disorganised but so nice to get real food that was different to trying to think what to put on shopping list for grandchildren to collect from Lidl.
