Ordered some underwear from Next. Arrived last week and the size is huge, so I want to send them back. I tried calling - not working! Tried chat - not working! So I emailed them as they advise. I received an email sent to my email address asking for my email address! I sent another email and wrote my email address and sent it. I have just received another email to my email address asking for my email address! What a total shambles. I am definitely not paying for them.
Hmmm.... I just had this with Hermes, who put a card through my door, which said nothing except a tick by "porch". Mine is in the house. They can't access it.
I could only contact them by automated message, where they confirmed, it has been delivered.
But, not to here... I couldn't find the option for that. They even sent "proof" of a pile of parcels by a brick wall. Sadly, not mine...
don't forget you'll pay around £4 for a return of something you already paid £4 to get delivered. Next have extended returns to the shop as they aren't open at the moment
