Obviously, we have to rebalance somehow, asap. How long have humans been on the earth? (genuine question), but still minorities are under-represented now.

Now inside the met - or the police - courses and exams have been abandoned and so there is no progression - for the time being. Remember Boris' extra £50bn for the police - that has gone as well.
so life is not so rosy for the BAME girls that WERE selected.

Race cards might be more accessible once ‘Black Lives Matter’ succeed in undermining law and order even further by defunding the police, as they’re already doing in some areas of the US.
