Because I dry fry all the time my pans sorta don't last long. I'm after another new one and am looking for a good make. Tefal has come up - but are there any others out there - ta ta

Hi jj...I've used Pyrex Optima pans for a few years. I got mine in tkmaxx, so they cost a bit less.

How about a stone frying pan.

JJ- this one is really good, I've had mine for years. I've burnt stuff in it and thought I'd have to bin it but soaked in hot water and washing up liquid and it came up like new.
Well worth the extra money.
Tefal ingenio amazing but not cheap
Perhaps they don’t last long because you have gone for a cheaper item. It’s always (well nearly) better to pay more for something like this.

I have Analon pans which are very good and not had any complaints.
