It pee'd down here earlier to, Caran. Been raining for the past few day's now, well at least the grass is Green again.
Hmmm.

Given that you recently wrote that all your hubby's disasters have been liquid-related, I'm now waiting for you to find out that he left your bedroom window open and that your bed has been soaked by the rain ;-)
Chris, that made me laugh.
.We got it earlier in surrey/London border. A veritable monsoon. Our front block paved driveway was a swimming pool at one minute and I was considering lifting the drain covers. When the rain abated about 10 minutes later I looked out the front and the water was nowhere to be seen. At least it is not cold.

Chris you are getting worse!! The rain was horrendous, never seen anything like it. We were worried about our gutters. They were overflowing.
Been nationwide, I think. Throwing it down here yesterday afternoon for hours. I know we needed rain having had hardly any since lockdown began but this is just running off the ground. Needed a soft gentle rain to soak in. At least it has filled up the fish pond.
Tipping it down here , more showery yesterday off and on steady downpours, today?? Monsoon weather :0))))
Damn this sunshine and clear blue skies! Will have to find my sunglasses.

PS It's Wilmslow, 15 miles south of Manchester so, believe me, it won't last. :))
We've still only had a very light sprinkling here. Really need some though.
Had quite heavy showers in London yesterday. Had to bring my washing in pretty sharpish!
it was a monsoon last saturday, my balcony got flooded, walking along it i got a bit wet. Its odd today, sunny, cloud cover and very windy, typical British weather.
