Lg Smart Tv...no Wifi Or Bluetooth Help

So all of a sudden my 6 year old LG TV smart remote stops working.
It just says bluetooth needs initializing. Also, wifi is not being picked up anymore.
I have literally tried everything online that I have found to get these working! Rebooted tv, re booted router, pressed different buttons on remote for 10secs etc..
Luckily my fire stick still works on it to pick up znetflix, prime and Disney +
Every other device in the house picks up wifi and bluetooth too.

I suppose what I am asking is, can it be possible for a TV to just be able to loose these functions? Could somthing that works these have just stopped working?

try setting it back to factory settings and check remote batteries

Haha! My new one has just arrived and wifi came straight on so did it..
