The 54% is one of those "statistics" taken from figures that are then twisted to fit a narrative.

Now read that again. bame had 2,218 fines.....whites 7,865 fines. Who had the other 3,362 fines? The Martians?

Now that looks more like it. 15.5% in 2016. Yep if you trust the "official" figures some put it at many more. In fact some put it at (you're ahead of me here again aren't you?) 22% or more.

P.S . More "refugees" have arrived already this year than the whole of last year combined. No figures as yet on the skin tones of them or whether they had the virus, or whether they were so shall distance dancing on arrival. Mind ow ya go.

It's some gibberish the some darker skinned folk and their supporters like to claim to bolster their cries of, "poor me", and try to claim rampant racism against them. Try to ignore it. It fails as propaganda as most have lived long enough to know they were given no better treatment than those playing the race card. In fact in some circumstances quota goals work against the fairer skinned folk.
