Facebook, New Layout

My Facebook has changed to a new layout which I detest. There seems to be no way to revert to the original. I have contacted them but, as yet, have got no reply. Is anyone else in the same boat or maybe some people like the new display?

I've looked at that, bookbinder, but that option is no longer available.

I just went to settings where there is an option to change it back.

Was that lately Queen as that option doesn't seem to exist now?

If you fo to the top right hand corner there's an arrow, click on that and near the bottom of the drop down menu there should be an option to switch back to classic facebook.

I much prefer the new layout but if I open Facebook on Chrome it reverts back to the old style.

Kathyan, that option is no longer available for my new version of Facebook which I've been using for a month or so. It was, but it's not now

Barry, I always use Chrome. I suppose I'll just have to get used to the new layout

The new layout comes up on my windows tablet but is still the old layout on my android phone ??

I use Chrome and still switch from one to the other. I hate the new version, it's too crowded for my liking. Maybe it's because I switch back and forth that the option is still there on mine?

It was a few days after the new layout elliemay and like you i hated it so switched back and they were asking questions like why dont you like it etc.Hope you manage to resolve it.

Thank you queen. I told them I didn't like it and wanted to change back but got no answer from them

Can anyone remember what the previous layout looked like, the one before the one we've been used To? Loads of complaints when it changed but I can't remember it.
You'll soon get used to the newest layout
