So called big companies Sky bt and o2 got there act together Over this last few months I have been trying to get in touch with them .In total I pay them. Nearly 1400 hundred pounds a year . Have spent hours on the phone trying to talk to them with no avail .Okay I’m not their only customer but I’m the only one paying paying them 1400 out of my money. Where has customer care gone .Your call is important aye sure tell us about it .

Sky, I always found easier to text, when I was with them.
Have you tried the web chat facility?
are they just not answering? or you not hanging on long enough? They have fewer staff at the moment as some are ill, some are shielding, some are furloughed and they have to have more space between each person
Have you tried cancelling your Direct Debits. That tends to get their attention.
Always got through to SKY very easily. Usually Morag from Scotland.
I always used this number for SkyText. They always reply and you can just carry on without holding and waiting.
