I love savoury crepes - usually make them with cheese, ham and mushrooms but as you don't have the mushrooms - you could use the fresh parsley for some extra flavour instead. Yummy, but not very inventive I suppose!
For the sweet one, how about making one using the oranges and gran marnier? cook down the oranges in a splash of the gran marnier until they get a little sticky (but don't break up) pour into the middle of the cooked crepe with some of the flaked almonds. dust with the powdered sugar.
