Westwood - inspired Ali G?
10 Answers
I have just caught a repeat episode of " Pimp My Ride UK" - the car modification show for Boy Racers.
The presenter is a White DJ in his twenties (?) called Westwood who talks and acts like he is "Down with the Youth" complete with Gang Signs and much talk of " Respec", " Chillin'" and " Holler"
About as authentic as a 9 Dollar note , is he possibly the model that Sacha Baron-Cohen took for Ali G?

Tory leader David Cameron once accused Westwood's show of encouraging knife and gun crime. He's got a point. Every time I hear Westwood, I have an urge to commit knife or gun crime. Against Westwood. :-) Did anyone actually witness the "drive-by shooting" or were the bullet wounds self-inflicted to make him seem more...erm..."gangsta"? Cynical, moi?

I love listening to Westwood, because he confirms that I am now officially 'old' because I don;t understand what the heck he's talking about! He does seem very excited about something, and occasionally other young men join him, and they seem equally excited as well, about whatever, and then they play incomprehensible music and shout about that too.
