bathrooms - how do you decide who is going to use the bathroom when? What happens if you are sitting on the loo and the person staying in the other bedroom walks in? Or do you just lock the doors at both ends?

True, Mamya. I've had to pee into a bucket a few times this last fortnight.

I was desperate to empty my bladder when we got home today from my aunt's funeral that I rushed from the car on my crutches, tried to step up into the porch and took another bad fall. I thought I'd broken my knee! :-(

Oh goodness, I do understand when I broke my kneecap I had a titanium splint on from ankle to groin and we have a small separate loo- I had to sit with my leg out straight and no chance of closing the door.

Most undignified.

I had to take my mum into the loo with me today to help preserve my dignity. I wouldn't normally pee in front of her but I figured I'd rather go in front of her than my Welsh cousins and all their brood.

My Husband locked me out and I was stood starkers on the balcony with only a marigold I'd grown in a pot for cover as the neighbours got out of a cab and waved hello.

It was a lot smaller than a washing up glove, much squirming but great hilarity too - he dined out on that one for a while.
