Hey people, wondering if you could help me? There used to be a programme shown on cartoon network during teh late 80's early 90's. it was about a super hero type guy that had green hair. Thats pretty much all i can remeber, exceot he always turned up when these people needed him and he wasmade or had something to do with water (i think from teh waist down he was made form water) and he also wore red i think. lol can anyone help me lol does any one know the name of it?! This has been bothering me for SOOO long, like 5 years now lol.. thanks! kim xXxXx
