For every extreme example of celebrity behaviour, there are millions of people just going along doing far far less of the same thing.

While any of the Kardashians have various chemicals applied to their skin hair and nails, and various compounds injected into various bits of their bodies, there are millions of women who simply enjoy looking nice, and get a lift from a hair tint, or a manicure, or a new style, something like that.

Their values are perfectly fine, and I doubt if any of them seriously want to ape a Kardashian, however low your opinion of these ladies may be.

Not for me it's not!

I think it's quite rare in this day and age to find a woman who does nothing whatsoever to enhance her appearance because it makes her feel good about herself.

That might be something as simple as a nice outfit, some light make-up, new shoes, jewellery - the list goes on, and there is nothing wrong with that.

We all need to feel good about ourselves.

I remember one lady I worked with and to me she really stood out because she did absolutely nothing to enhance her appearance in any way whatsoever.

No nice hair cut, no nail polish, no nice clothes, no make-up whatsoever, and she really stood out because of the hundreds of women in the building, she was the only one who made no effort whatsoever.

Her choice obviously, I wish I could say she was just comfortable in her skin, but I doubt it. When a glamorous young lady was assigned a desk opposite her husband who also worked for the company, she made him relocate to another desk on another floor.
