Not sure if this is the right section but does anyone know of a website where you can find out if a comic is rare ? My other half has a few first additions he bought when he was younger and he has always wondered if they are worth something .

my son collects comics and graphic novels, if he buys a first edition he seels it immediately and it never gets read. He says there are alot of on-line stores but the value is dependant on the condition, the genre, the edition and the rareity. But he suggests you check here:
