personally, I'd use some articles - Join A live webinar (or THE live webinar, if readers already know about it) on THE scope of... Also make sure people know who the first Mr ABC, ACCA and GUS are (though readers may already know all of them and not need to be told). I know little words are often left out of post and texts and so on, but this sounds like a reasonably significant event, so treat it to some full sentencses.

I have no idea what it is about, but presumably the target audience will.
A disadvantage we have is not knowing if there is anything missing.
