not comparable, the article says he's charged with 2nd degree murder as well as tax evasion. Al Capone was jailed for 11 years for tax evasion as a vehicle to get him into jail when all the "real" charges failed to stick.

He is charged with Murder 3 and manslaughter so very likely that he will be found guilty of one or the other.
