Don't normally do these but, here goes.
Fell down two steps 24th June, landed on my face and my glasses smacked into my face causing bruising around my left eye socket.
My right eye is perfect but my left eye is not focusing. Had two cataracts a couple of years ago, both eyes get the same brightness.
If I press down on my left eyeball I can focus.
Will see optician when they reopen.
I would have thought that any swelling in my eyeball would have settled by now.

Early days yet for the swelling to settle which may be the problem and is no big deal.
However when you had your cataracts done, didnyou have an intraocular lens inserted?
Also were you examined by medic after you had fallen?
I would be interested to get the comments from your Optician.
