she has an old blanket that she throws over the bags
the bin men in her area must know the score as they just leave the blanket on the ground each week

Bin men not going to collect ordinary sacks. Rubbish must be in wheelie bins or seagull proof bags. probably means more fly tipping. Especially as recycle areas in all car parks have now been removed.

Not where I live. They've remained open throughout.

They have been removed under new waste management contract council have signed. In other words a lot cheaper with less service to rate payers and ultimate customers.

LJ, Cornwall council sell seagull proof bags. I put my bag out in a dustbin and neighbours put a sheet over theirs. Keeps the seagulls away.
