Phone Scam?

Hey, not sure if this is the correct section but Iv recently beeng getting really weird two ring phone calls on my mobile, the number starts 07099. Its really starting to freak me out. I tried a search on the code an it came up 'swith services'? Anyone any idea what this company is? A possible scam?

Sorry, no answer. Just started receiving same thing 2 days ago, is a bit freaky but must be a random hoax, have you learned anything about it? I'm glad it doesn't seem to be a personal vendetta or anything if others are getting the same thing. If you've heard anything about these 07099 numbers please answer because I haven't found anything out yet. Thanks.
