My House Is On The Market!

At the risk of sounding blog-like, I'm just going to announce that my house is officially on the market, woohoo!!

It was advertised first thing and I've already got eight viewings booked for tomorrow and another two for Saturday. I'm viewing two properties myself on Thursday but wasn't allowed to view a third as the estate agent requires my house to be under offer.

Can't believe how fast its all moving.....wee bit nervous to be honest :o/

I can't believe how fast things are moving. The EA said that within half an hour of advertising they had several viewing requests. Around 8 sets of viewers came round yesterday and 1 person put in an offer for the full asking price. The EA advised them that there were more viewings booked so they retracted their offer late in the evening.

Anyway, this morning the EA called to say that someone who made an offer of 5k less has now offered 2k over the asking price so I have accepted :o)))

Thinking about putting my house on the market but as I'm in London I don't suppose my would sell as quickly. Whereabouts are you Tigger?
