Welsh Flag/Union Jack
Why doesn't the Welsh flag feature in the Union Jack? Or the Irish flag...? I can only see the Scottish + English one.

Wales had been, in effect, "incorporated" into England as long ago as the 13th century - though I know the Welsh wouldn't thank me for saying so - so its flag was not included.
