Could anyone recommend a good photo printer that I can buy? Im looking for one that prints good quality pics and one that I wouldn't have to fork out a small fortune for replacement cartridges
Many thanks in advance

this may seem alot of money but you cannot get away with cheap ink or paper as the photo quality really does suffer greatly. my other half has a digital slr camera and is very picky about the quality but this printer has been fantastic for the money.

I'd also recommend pretty much any one of the Epson printers. Inks from premier ink are very good and cheaper than Epson's own. Not quite exactly the same, but pretty much as good. Most probably wouldn't be able to notice any real difference.
If you're just after the standard 6x4 prints, and only want it for photos, then the dye-sub printers are great. Canon make some nice ones.
