Problem With My Ebay Order.

Earlier today I posted about blood pressure and decided to buy a blood pressure monitor from ebay. I've now received an email from ebay saying this.

We're writing to let you know that we've removed an item you recently won due to concerns with the seller's account:
402350132054 - Omron M2 Basic Digital Automatic Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

I've now got to wait for 10 days to see if the item arrives and if it doesn't, then I can open a case against them.
Is there anything else I can do without having to wait 10 days?

You should be able to cancel the order for the reason that it won't arrive in time.

Doesn't look like I can do anything on ebay as they have removed the listing and removed my item from the basket.

Can you see it listed under your purchase history? If so, click 'I didn't receive it' or 'cancel'

Doesn’t help you, Barsel, but a warning to all. EBay ain’t that cheap - in fact often dearer than Amazon.

And if there is trouble, Amazon respond more quickly and efficiently.

Hope you get sorted - can’t be doing your blood-pressure any good!

Yes I have paid Tuvok but by debit card.
Nothing under purchase history , but does say.
This user is no longer registered on eBay.

Must admit I did think that £12 was suspiciously cheap for that item when I looked at the link originally!

Unfortunately, I’ve heard too many bad things about eBay and dodgy sellers. I never use it now.

Check your debit card had been debited. This happened to me with masks and the money was refunded to my debit card by Ebay within 48 hours.

^I must admit that I've not had any problems with eBay, but I do a bit of research first and steer clear of anything that appears odd.In this case, googling the item came up with prices £26-£29 widely. So why £12?

if the purchase has gone through, you will get an email within a few days saying it has been dispatched.

If you’re have not been charged for it what exactly are you concerned about

if ebay deleted the seller, then no money will come out of your account, you can however open a dispute with ebay, or open a query.

I had a similar thing happen to me - but I used Paypal and got my money back.

this happened to me recently and I was refunded after the 10 days. If you are not you can flag the payment on paypal and they'll retrieve it.
