And I’ve said it in Brighton ? How annoying it is when in a shop items are reduced in price .The signed on the shelf clearly state this item is now say 2.99 reduced from Say 4.99 but when you get to the till and it’s scanned it comes up 4.99. You have to embarrass your self and the attendant by pointing this out . yes I hear you say the code was not changed but it should have been or else the item was not reduced at all . noticeable on one maybe two items but if you are getting 20 odd items you are not gonna notice you have been charged the wrong price and you have left the shop .You would think twice before you would go back to the shop for 2 pounds but if you were short 2 pounds you would not get the items . Rant over

@Tuvok....yes, but the trick is to pay the amount asked of you - then go to Customer Services. Don't point out the mistake at the till as it's bar-code is read, because you will then be charged the correct amount. So, no double refund!
