But I've just read there is a Business and First Class flight available - apart from the prices naturally - what do the flights entail.

I did think they one and the same.

As Andy's post clearly referred to 747 aircraft, it's obvious that he was thinking of their upper decks, which have historically been used as luxury lounges:

That’s very funny, douglas, and I’d like a poll on how many got the joke.
Douglas, were you around when NZ was in NSW?
The airline crew tend to be nicer in Business and more so in First.
Don’t eat the fish on Air France whichever section you’re in.
