Should do. It say the disk is region free, so it should play on any region player.

I think I'd be a little concerned about an NTSC rather than PAL bit too. But I would have thought that would relate to the player though, not to the disk. But what do I know. Can you ask the seller the question ?

it'll depend on your player: some can handle NTSC, some can't.

DVD regions are different to the TV coding used in the area. But yes, I'd suspect the player has to be able to put out the correct one NTSC, PAL, SECAM, or whatever. Not the disk which tends to be region locked.
