Thank you both very much.Chambers word games gave me deepies but I couldn't cross reference it.

It's in the actual Chambers Dictionary (book)....Deepie ..a three dimensional film

Chambers is on my Christmas wish list - I have to say I had to ask for that one myself and I still have not been able to cross reference it. It does not show up in any of my dictionaries or the online searches.

I have often found that the old internet doesn't always have all the answers and I rely on my reference books a great deal ..do hope you get a Chambers for Christmas JimJools ..It's a great help.

Thanks to everyone for comments, help and good wishes. I've managed to finish the Generalist (my son helped me with quite a few) so I will be posting it off tomorrow. I do the Mail on Sunday ones every week for the past four or five years but never won so I don't hold out much hope for this one! Still, where there's hope etc.
