Any thoughts on 9a and 19d.? Dislimn is the only word I can find that fits 9a but can't parse that.

Thanks Mamyalynne & Toorak. For some reason I was fixated on row being a tier! Just the blues one to get now.
There is a singer called Wale who arguably sang the blues but it is bit obtuse although of course devastating to the ears would be wail. What do you think?
