I wonder if anyone could help me with this problem. I have an Aldi Crane Analogue Smartwatch that has stopped working & the top 3 symbol lights on the upper left hand side remain stuck constantly on. Is there a simple way to solve this problem? Would it be an issue with the battery (i.e. replacing it) or the charger (Crane say they would charge me £18 for a new charger) ?

Aldi are known for an exemplary attitude to guarantees - if your watch is within the guarantee period and you still have the receipt then you should go and discuss this with Aldi. They will either give you a replacement or refund the original price.
